Maine School Administrative District 52 (MSAD 52) – Turner, Maine

EEI is supporting MSAD 52 with both short-term improvements and long-range capital planning to proactively address building needs across the district. In addition to a comprehensive building feasibility study, EEI assisted with evaluations of existing service contracts, building controls upgrade options, and cost analyses. 

The district is pursuing a mix of revolving renovation funds, federal grants, energy savings, and performance contracting to implement improvements ranging from ventilation upgrades to kitchen expansions and fire protection enhancements. A central focus of EEI’s work has been the development of a proactive 10-year capital plan, providing clear project prioritization and budget forecasting to support informed decision-making.
